I tried the link, and got odd behavior from my commercial off-the-shelf browser, asking me if I want to install such-and-such. I said ‘no’ and it went like all “not responding.” So I go, like, ctrl-alt-del to end the program.
So I copied it to Babelfish, translated Korean to English, then English to French, then French to German, then back to English. Makes more sense now:

Where you see “blow” read “blog”. Looks like it’s the message board section of a website run by an aviation enthusiast named J.Y. Kim. He’s got lots of stuff on P-51s, models, fighter tactics descriptions, photos, et cetera. Complete Korean translation of Pete Bonanni’s “The Art Of The Kill”, a book I guess on basic fighter maneuvers with an intro by Phil Handley, apparently done by the same guy that’s saying nice things about you in Korean. It’s apparently a ROK hosted site, and pops up in Korean discussions of strategy/tactics (found an interesting discussion of convoy defense in depth against IEDs. I think.).
Gotta love machine translation. Oog my head hurts.

“블로그 주ì¸ìž¥ì€ ” are the first words in the second paragraph. “주ì¸ìž¥” is “master” – “쀔 is an object marker (as opposed to the sentence subject).
“블로그” is phonetically “bull loh guh” – a Konglishification of “blog”.
“블로” is “blow” (phonetically: bull loh), while “ê·¸” sort of means “this one.”
Apparently, the machine translator knows “블로 (blow)” but not “블로그 (blog)”, and then just tries to figure out how to add the “master” into the phrase.
