		<description>The President (and other US leaders) need to make more of these speeches.  It has been stated more than once that if we lose in Iraq, it won&#039;t be because we couldn&#039;t cut it militarily, no, it will be because the American people have lost the will to see the GWOT through. We hear all the time about how badly things are going in Iraq, but I beleive the artical that B2 linked to is more in line with what is actually happening.  I beleive victory (re. Iraq able &amp; willing to operate as a free country with out US support) is closer than most of us think.</description>
