There are many fine people who have written many kind and insightful emails to me who have not yet received the kind of response that they deserve and for that I am profoundly sorry. It’s just that I’m so busy right now that if my foot was on fire and my leg was catching, it’d be a while before I even noticed.

Honestly, when do you find the time to do all that you do in the first place?! Can’t believe that along with being a Captain, maintaining such an active blog and having a family leaves you time for personal responses anyway.
