You can do away entirely now with all of your Kooky Kos links, your mumping Mahablogs, your eratic Eschatons! Behold, the power of the internets:
Clearly, a minority of warmongers and apologists represents the repudiation of international law in order to bring about the final subjugation of the Middle East, beginning with the $90bn invasion of Iraq. This suggests that Donald Rumsfeld’s worldview represents the crushing of internal dissent in order to propagate the theocrat Ashcroft’s suspension of our civil rights. It appears that the unstated purpose of this war leads our attention to an act of international violence that exceeds even those of the “liberal” Bill Clinton. It is quite remarkable that the apparent demise of “anti-Americanism” as a respectable means of stifling recognition of American imperialism provides a pretext for the resurgence of White Supremacist ideologies.
spinline.com – all the left you ever need to know!

As Norman Mailer pointed out, the unstated purpose of this war belies justifications given by the world’s leading apologists for the resurgence of White Supremacist ideologies. For one thing, the apparent demise of “anti-Americanism” as a respectable means of stifling recognition of American imperialism can be regarded as the result of a pre-fascist atmosphere in America. Presumably, Colin Powell’s parade of lies represents the repudiation of international law in order to bring about the police state which has come to pass. Perhaps for the first time since the late 1940s, a minority of warmongers and apologists represents the crushing of internal dissent in order to propagate the theocrat Ashcroft’s suspension of our civil rights.
Lex, what have you done? You didn’t crack a window for them, but left the doors wide open. You know who I mean by them!
Guess we’ll be seeing much more of you aver at the other house.
Well, either I have to learn more trust or go to every thread before responding. Oh well, happy Friday.
I loved the bumper sticker ad that appeared in the site, for CONSERVATIVE magnetic stickers…talk about an oxymoron.
The only word that comes to mind when reading the site – obfuscate – “To make so confused or opaque as to be difficult to perceive or understand.” Do you think that’s their goal? Cuz if so, they’ve succeeded beautifully.
Uh-uh, I ain’t taking the bait (to that link)..
B2
Oh come on B2, where is your sense of adventure?!
Take the plunge, go for it – brace yourself to be underwhelmed and un-surprised. It’s breathtaking only in the scope of it’s own self-righteousness.
Throw back a nice Woodford’s Reserve, take a deep breath and look at the underbelly…
Actually B2 the link is quite funny. Note I’ve added my URL into my responses again. Many places I stay as incognito as possible. Trust of Lex is back, at least for now.
Decided to peruse the site a little more (I know, I’m a masochist). Found this little gem of a survey:
What’s the most fun thing about being a Republican?
–Crushing dissent
–Being a big, mean racist and/or sexist pig
–Carrying around big bags of money with dollar signs on them
–Impugning the patriotism of honorable persons
35.9% of the 145 respondents indicated they enjoyed being a big mean racist and/or sexist pig.
I’m almost certain that the site’s a parody. Which I probably should have pointed out before having put it up there.
I guess the problem is that it’s difficult to tell parody from excess, anymore.
