So…Anything good on TV tonight? Well, maybe. I know it’s not the TV Guide, but there’s a lot of buzz on the wires for one docudrama, at least according to Memorandum.com:

One assumes from the light blue shading of the links that you read “AmericaBlog” and “FDL,” Lex? I did, as well, and shook my head in disbelief. Knotted shorts, indeed. More like their pants are on fire.
You’re also kinder to the twits than I; I refused to link them, directing my readers to memeorandum as you did, but without specific examples.

Ya know, just a few years back, there was this TV Docudrama about Reagan that got a lot of Conservatives upset. The Dems rallied and did a fott-stomping caniption about “free speech” and not “censoring” artictic liscence, etc. Went out of their way to support the “revisions” of the Reagan miniseries.
Now that the shoe is on the other foot, as it were, all of a sudden Harry Reid is using veiled threats about ABC and Disney losing their broadcast liscences if they show this docudrama……
You’ve got to ask yourselves this: Are THESE the folks you really weant in charge of our government, of protecting ALL of our Constitutional rights?

I did, too, Buck. Just for the entertainment that was in it. It’s a TV show, fergosh sakes. Calling attention to it was probably the worst thing they could have done. The way to deal with this would have been to let it air, and then point out how wrong it was – sunlight being the best disinfectant, and all that.

I apologise for the mis-spellings in my previous post. I should have caught them earlier.
My only recourse is to blame my haste to post during half-time of the Bills/Patriots game. Priorities, etc……. Fortunately, the Patriots held on to win 19-17. Apparently in football, as in Aviation, safety is everything:)
