Hastings is, how in the world with his legal problems with the hint of bribery can he be afforded a Security Clearance that would be commensurate with the Chairmanship of the Intelligence Committee. I am by no means a Security or Military Intelligence expert, but if it were any Joe Citizen, they would not be afforded a Security Clearance at all. If he does get the job, than the Democrats have just washed away any credibity and can not claim any moral high ground on ethics. My problem with Rep. It appears to me that, like the people of the Tower, ideas and concepts some accept while others won't or can't. Speaker-elect Pelosi is one who is pushing an agenda of ideas and concepts a large segment of the population seems to reject. That she is elected and served by like-minded individuals only accentuates the differences. To call Rep. Hastings 'disgraced' implies he regrets the actions that led to his judicial impeachment. Quite the contrary, he struts around like a Baron and has shown no remorse. He, too, shares the ideas fronted by the Speaker-elect, her political party and the sycophantic media.
