Good clean fun

Click the arrow at the bottom of this page, which will navigate you to a maze. Once there, click on “Play” and then use your mouse to keep the blue square inside the maze through four different screens. If you come close to the maze’s edge, you’ll hear a cool warning tone - turn the sound up if you aren’t hearing it.

If you touch the maze’s boundaries, you’ll have to go back to the beginning - precision is more important than speed.

When you’ve successfully navigated the maze - and not before! - check out this vid:

Heeehehe! I like your twist on this… almost made me wish I hadn’t seen the maze before. Though considering the day I’ve had, I’m kinda glad I did. ;)

I’ll be the first to say, screw you Lex, it’s 1:45AM and I just jumped outta my pajamas.

WOW—I swore so loud, I woke up the neighbor in the apartment above me. My dog probably cracked his head on the top of his kennel, scared him so bad…I was all intense too, thought for sure I’d make it through, and then FRICKIN NIGHTMARE!!! Thanks though, the ticker still works.

Maybe it’s just the late hour, but I had a laughing fit when I read the two comments above. Thanks for the entertainment, Lex. :D

Verily thou art a phallus for that

  • 6 Daveg // Jan 10, 2007 at 5:29 am

turn the sound up if you aren?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t hearing it.

Been around Al’s internets long enough to see that for the warning sign that it is.

Thrice burned, forever shy, be I.

Lex, a lot of your readers are old guys like me. The old ticker only has so many of those left before the warrantee is up!

    You suck.

I suck a little for falling for it, but you still suck more.

I hope one of my nephews never finds that - we’d have to peel him off the ceiling.

Note: It’s now snowing in Stayton.

Ya know, I’m at work and I do listen to a CD during the day. And these websites sounds are usually so soft, I didn’t bother altering the volume. Sweet Jebus and all that’s holy - you SUCK!

And my coworkers are wondering what the HELL is going on over here…

  • 12 Kris, in New England // Jan 10, 2007 at 8:55 am

And 5 minutes later my heart is STILL racing…good clean fun my a$$, Sir. Where DO you find these things anyway???

  • 13 Phil Andrilla // Jan 10, 2007 at 9:09 am

What’s all the fuss. I’ve navigated the maze twice now.

Of course, that’s a lie. I had to change my skivvies and my pants.Don’t have any Valium so I’m headed for some chocolate!

  • 14 FbL // Jan 10, 2007 at 9:33 am

    I love reading these comments!

And Lex, I can see that smirk-grin from here. ;)

  • 15 MissBirdlegs in AL // Jan 10, 2007 at 11:10 am

Like daveg, I’ve been around these internets too long to fall for that one (at least THIS time). I’ve jumped and screamed at these before, so won’t even click when I’m urged to turn my sound up. Lex, remember I’m trying to stay on this side of the grass for 2007…;)

    fbl, me, too!!

  • 16 Michelle // Jan 10, 2007 at 11:43 am

Perhaps I should be just as glad that I could not … COULD NOT … COULD NOT navigate to the end of that THING. Some poor consolation at least for apparently being dexteriously challenged. Not me, mind you. The mouse. Dexteriously challenged.
Musing over setting my youngest on to it though if she doesn’t get through that homework, like NOW! (evil grin)

  • 17 Danger // Jan 10, 2007 at 1:00 pm

Lex, I hope you spill hot java on your flight suit… just returning the favor ;-)

Way too funny. Is it cruel to take this home to the smaller ones… who are hooked on computer games? Naw, thought not!

  • 18 Byron Audler // Jan 10, 2007 at 4:52 pm

Sweet suffering you know who….you looking to kill an old man like me, Lex? I gotta go out and buy another damn computer chair now! Not to mention, a load of laundry! :)

  • 19 Barb // Jan 10, 2007 at 7:59 pm

I’m like FbL - having done the maze before, I knew what happens. But Uncle Mikey’s comment is my favorite ;-)

  • 20 SangerM // Jan 10, 2007 at 8:21 pm

Maybe it’s me, but I just want to rip the heart out of the *^$(*& who did that to that boy!! I don’t mind the jolt, but I am utterly fricken pissed off right now at the jerk who took that video of his/her son, knowing what was coming. I am anything but amused.

I guess I just don’t have a sense of humor anymore… And now I’m an unhappy unhapy person…. Phooey.

  • 21 lex // Jan 10, 2007 at 8:27 pm

No, you’ve got a point SangerM - that’s a strange trick to play on a young and evidently impressionable child.

  • 22 FbL // Jan 10, 2007 at 9:37 pm

Yeah, that video made me a bit uncomfortable. It was funny up until he started (and continued) crying and it got serious. The guy taping it should’ve been there comforting the boy as soon as it was obvious the boy was genuinely traumatized. But he didn’t. Disturbing…

  • 23 Cricket // Jan 11, 2007 at 6:54 am

When kids get scared that isn’t funny.
    I echo the phallus comment.

[...] About that trick I played on you last week. Feel like I owe you one. Like I’ve got to make it up to you. [...]
