Long read but worth the time.Our philosophy right now is to get a bigger hammer.I think that’s a solution some of the time, like right now.The time it takes to implement this “disaggration” concept on a global scale (requiring the buy-in of several governments) seems not a practical thing to do.Works on paper, but how to implement it? Please don’t say the UN.
I’ve known some smart, talented and clever design engineers that sometimes come up with designs that can not be fabricated…features that can’t be machined or holes that can’t be drilled. To me, this sounds like one of those.
