Once more into the breach, dear friends:
VA Mortgage Center.com is proud to announce our new blog. In our continued efforts of educating veterans and those currently on active duty, we have decided to keep our visitors better informed with updates to their benefits and changes in the industry via a blog.
Since the mortgage industry is only so exciting and changes in your benefits only happen periodically we would like to feature guest bloggers from some of the most popular military blogs on the internet. This will allow us to provide a variety of other interesting posts related veterans. In order to find out what type of content our users like and to find the best bloggers, we are running a contest to find the best military blogs online. As a bonus to the bloggers, we are offering prizes as well as the opportunity to be a guest blogger on our site.
So do us a favor and vote. I’m not likely to pull first place in that crowd, but finishing in the top 10 guarantees us a $250 prize - which would go as a donation to Soldier’s Angels/Valour-IT.

That website might as well just make a donation to Soldiers’ Angels for all the bloggers who are pledging to donate any winnings from them to Soldiers’ Angels/Valour-IT.

My esteemed host, just a guess here, but I’ma gonna bet that the “features” will things like Rhythms, and your generous helpings of Plane Pr0n, but mebbe not so much you political commentary, no matter how much we, your morally and aesthetically pleasing guests may agree with you. There are probably “Lawyers” and other types of “HR” people making sure we don’t offend anyone.

OK, so I’m bored and reading the comments on the VA blog voting page. About halfway down, I come across this:

So I’m wondering, does Lex have another blog that is perhaps about something else?
