That's not to say it didn't happen - it wasn't unknown for a person who hadn't yet been sentenced to mention he was thinking about enlisting and the Judge to drop the case, but he'd better go in. But in this case, I'm not sure what His Honor was thinking. If I have but one person, I must make a decision. When I have two people in my pool, I can make my choice. The best case is to have three or more; then I can make a selection! I would not want to be required to accept an employee at the order of a judge; why would the Navy want to do it for themselves? Rah, rah for the blue and gold!!!
