Occasional reader Babs points out that a group she’s closely integrated with is going to be on the national news tomorrow, for those interested in tuning in:
Fox News will once again be broadcasting live from the armory all day on Saturday for the opening day of our Patriotic Drive. They plan to arrive about 7:30; do the first live shot around 9am (PST) and then continue live feeds pretty much every hour through 5pm (PST). The reporter, Anita Vogel, will interview volunteers, show the Assembly Line, describe what we are doing, call for donations, etc.
The group’s name is Operation Gratitude, and you can learn more about the ways they support the troops at the link.
