Targets of Opportunityblog advertising is good for you Credo"Sign on, young man, and sail with me. The stature of our homeland is no more than the measure of ourselves. Our job is to keep her free. Our will is to keep the torch of freedom burning for all. To this solemn purpose we call on the young, the brave, the strong, and the free. Heed my call, Come to the sea. Come Sail with me." -- John Paul Jones "Pardon him, Theodotus; he is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature" --George Bernard Shaw, "Caesar and Cleopatra" "And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music."--Friedrich Nietzsche "A kind Providence has placed in our breasts a hatred of the unjust and cruel, in order that we may preserve ourselves from cruelty and injustice. They who bear cruelty, are accomplices in it. The pretended gentleness which excludes that charitable rancour, produces an indifference which is half an approbation. They never will love where they ought to love, who do not hate where they ought to hate."--Edmund Burke “You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours.”--General Sir Charles Napier "Μολὼν λαβέ" -- Leonidas "Blogito Ergo Sum" -- Neptunus Lex Amazon AssociateFor the Effort!Winnar!![]() Subscribe![]() CategoriesPagesTagsacademy

Michelle?
FbL
There is blood dripping from my chin.
I’ll go with Fbl also, hiding behind Casca
That’s hilarious!
Craig – you think me have a big mouth, do ya? LOL
My vote goes to FbL too. A lioness has to roar sometimes, right? Something tells me Snake would have a field day with one…
Concur,
Fbl. I suspect she’s just learned about the Airforce’s idea to develop a Gay Bomb….
Heh.
Respects,
HomefrontSix
That’s her battle cry!
Closer to 30 years ago. And it’s a laugh:
It’s the right age for HFS, but I know what she looks like.
I say it’s Doorkeeper: a bit on the young side, but if that was thirty years ago, then she’s mid-thirties. That’s young for Doorkeeper (considering her husband’s apparent age), but her eldest is 14, so maybe she married an older man…? And she’s covered in dirt, so sounds to me like a country girl who enjoys the great outdoors.
And Casca/Paul, afraid of a little girl, are you? ROFLMAO!
Lemme see her legs. She used “you all”.
No, one day we will meet, and I will bite YOU! Be afraid, be very afraid.
The blood is dripping from my chin, because I am biting my tongue.
BTW, nice stab at disinformation, sadly, you’re not much of a liar. I like the dirt on the face pic, but who doesn’t like dirty girls?
I think Fbl, too. Sorry SJBill
Yeah that’s FBL after driving through the back gate as little girl! On second thought could be that Bab’s too..Might be Michelle too…
Scratching head.
b2
Good effort to distract us FbL – it’s gotta be you.
And Lex still has nothing to say??
Ah, well – Michelle calls me out to spoil the fun, speculation and hit count: That is indeed occasional reader and blogress in her own right, FbL.
Casca wins the honors – Thanks for playing!
I’m not positive but I still think it’s Tipper Gore before the surgery while watching reruns of The Simpsons while someone plays Eminem backwards for her in the background.
Hey, all, was sick yesterday, so missed this. Michelle pointed out that I was mentioned (glowing with pride) I DO resemble that pic, esp. since it’s black-and-white. I keep thinking about sending one, but haven’t located the one I like yet (which will be a dead giveaway, so perhaps not?)
Just a few points….my eldest will be (gasp!) 17 tomorrow…and I DID marry an older man. So when I show up…can you send in two pics?
best, d
*heehee*
See, that was good misdirection, despite what Casca may think…
Though I will admit, I’m a terrible liar in person.
Guys and Gals, I loved reading the comments on this. Thanks for the entertainment. I honestly don’t know when the picture was taken. Sometime in the late 70s or very early 80s, near as I can figure. But it was absolutely typical for me at that age, as I was definitely a tomboy. Didn’t grown up on a farm, but I was a country girl and regularly availed myself of opportunities to associate with my farming neighbors.
BloodSpite? I’ll deal with you later…
Lex, is it possible to set aside some space for an NTORC archive somewhere around here? I think IV and definitely V were settled by the time I got over here. A thought.
That’s a good call, jpr – I’ll try to set it up when I get a moment.
Michelle, Re your comment #5 above…agreed given half a chance (seldom around on the weekends) and with the benefit 20-20 hind-sight… I might have guessed it was FbL and said by way of rational something utterly lame like;
” A Young Fuzzy Bear Lioness”… in training many moons ago… hoping too eventually become a member of the, usual gaggle an over-wrought, big haried, bra burning, harpies (you know who you are)who comment around here… belts out a full throated rendition of that Helen Ready polemic… I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR…
but alas… I wasn’t… so I didn’t…and that’s all I have to say about that… Best
SE, it’s a good thing you made me laugh so hard. Otherwise, I might actually be offended by that comment…
I knew at first glance, twas Fuzzy, as I have seen recent pic’s.
SE, Funny!
My intention, as always, was to amuse…Best
