The really sad thing here is she will never see the irony. She lives in such a perpetually rose-colored-glasses world that the REALITY of the role she is currently portraying on film will never infiltrate her life.

Never heard of a Mojito, and didn’t know what it was. I must live a sheltered life in CA, but looked it up.
We have the real Yerba Buena growing in our backyard — a wonderful indigenous spearmint. We also have three lime trees. Guess what I’m having this evening when I get home?

SJBill ~ one suggestion…don’t do just plain sugar. Too grainy. Take the time to make the Simple Syrup. It’s definitely worth it.

HF6 – Yeah, plain sugar IS grainy and doesn’t dissolve well. We use the SuperFine sugar and it does the job as well as the syrup, without the extra work. I’m impatient about that kind of thing.
SJBill -happy to oblige with your further education. Wildly jealous about the limes in your backyard; I can do the natural mint plant but do have to buy the limes.

She is on CNN (Larry King) right now, extolling the virtures of getting down and dirty with the natives and not thinking we are any better than they are.
Among other liberal sayings and attitudes. Makes me kind of sick trying to follow her ranting.
She said also that she doesn’t try and censor the press, she just wants her privacy.
I noticed that she can barely finish a sentence, talks in a very disjointed fashion and changes the subject several times trying to answer a question.
And she spouts mostly nonsense.
I classify her as a liberal, socialist nutcase.
