Chutzpah

There are 299,999,999 people in the country who have the moral standing to criticize President Bush’s commutation of Scooter Libby’s prison term, plus all 12 million illegal aliens. The one guy who doesn’t get to do so is William Jefferson Clinton.

Doesn’t stop him:

Former President Bill Clinton criticized President Bush on Tuesday for commuting the prison sentence of I. Lewis Libby Jr. and tried to draw a distinction from his own controversial pardons…

“I think the facts were different,

What-the-hell, if you can do something wrong long enough, it becomes right.
Hummmmm, or is that “If you can tell a lie often enough it becomes the truth”.
    Thanks Lex.

  • Yeah, my first thought when I heard what he said was something along the lines of Pot and Kettle.

I soooo dislike that man. More than I can articulate, and that’s sayin’ something.

My hope is he’ll just step right in the shit and drag that hag he’s married to through it too!!!

No, I’m not a member of their fan club, why do you ask?

  • Saw this today as well and I can’t say I’m surprised. WJ Clinton has been rewriting history and word definitions (what was that about sex again?) since he landed in office. I wondered when he’d come out of the gate about the Libby commutation (not pardon, sir, unless ole Billy wants to rewrite another definition). He was quick on the draw as usual.

And yes Lex, Hil has made her bed and must lie in it with the feckless bastard. She chose this path – suffer the consequences.

  • Come on Tammi, Tell us how you really feel!

    Bill goes on to say;

    “You?

  • Come on Tammi, Tell us how you really feel!

    Bill goes on to say;

“You’ve got to understand, this is consistent with thier philosophy; they believe that they should be able to do what they want to do, and that the law is a minor obstacle.”

    Chutzpah indeed

“It’s wrong to out that C.I.A. agent and wrong to try to cover it up,” Mr. Clinton added. “And no one was ever fired from the White House for doing it.”

Since when is Armitrage a white house employee and why hasen’t he been fired?

We are getting the DNC talking points AKA Lies from the Media and I for one, am sick of it.

“Clinton has been rewriting history and word definitions (what was that about sex again?) since he landed in office.”

Earlier than that… probably predating the time he changed his name from Blythe to Clinton. As for cold feelings in the aforementioned pit, sociopaths have no feelings of guilt whatsoever. These two are both sociopaths in their own unique ways.

What else can you expect from a guy who looked right at the camera and lied to all of America? Why should hypocracy not be found on his tool box inventory? I will tell you what will not be found in his tool box- integrity.

This is the reality of tribal warfare: jury nullification (as in the populace pool that is played to).

Mothers enraged that murderous sons are prosecuted, murderers found not-guilty despite overwhelming and indisputable evidence, riots when a sports game is won or lost or a vote does not go a certain way.

“We don’t care what he did, he’s one of us and you ain’t.”

The liberal statists that comprise a large segment of the political parties know this paradigm and play it like a cheap violin.
And as Casca so aptly observed, without guilt or remorse.

If the tactic fails at any given time, that’s fine with them because they (consciously or not) understand the communist dialectic: The hammer must retreat so to strike another blow.

    Cap’n,

Anyone who can successfully parse the word ‘is’ is a consumate dialectician. The fact the same person can, without missing a beat, lie through his teeth and turn charm on and off is proof positive he cannot be trusted. And now we’re supposed to listen to him make a claim like this?

Puh-leeze excuse the sleeze and dog squeeze.

As for his Partner-(But-Never-Charged)-In-Crime? I say again my last and add a request for her to ‘verify Falcon 101′.

  • Ughh, no comment other than two say that Bill and Shrill are peices of work…

The former Philanderer in Chief — shameless while in office — shows he has made no progress in his recovery. “Mr. Briefs” did not make his career brief enough for the sake of our country.

The man should be a pariah but loved by the other faction.

That people listen to Slick Willy (she said Willy!) and believe anything he says just turns my stomach. This country is just brimming with Darwin Award winners!

  • $%&@#&* hypocrite. To try to explain my level of disgust with the “man”, the best I can do is to say that I amazingly agree with Casca on this one.

    Does that cover it?

He makes me SICK. Clinton, not Casca. I won’t go into my thoughts on Hilary.

This is a bad discussion, was this woman covert? None of us know, for sure. Let’s back off and put some space between us and the situation. I don’t really think people understand the underlying issues. I don’t think any of the leaders have a great deal to be proud in their legacies. Me, I think it is time for this old vet to just to step back, before it hits the fan. With my luck, it will be a ceiling fan.

  • The clinotns were born pathological liars. They will say anything, do anything, and indulge head on into any corruption to further their aspirations, and, in his case, to bed any woman that causes his thingie to twitch. They are totally devoid of shame! Shameless!

And God knows this planet has had its share of people of little shame… Hitler, Hussein, Khadaffi, Allende and thousands of others.

He – Willie the Slimeball – should be in prison for attempted rape or at the very least molestation or aggravated assault given the testimoney about what he did to Kathleen Wiley and many other women, and she – Rod Ham – should have been investigated in the murder of Vince Foster and stealing papers from his office before the police were even notified of the murder, at least in my opinion, and serving hard time for buying the votes of an entire town in upstate New York with the pardon of two Rabbis convicted of embezzeling tens of millions of dollars from a charitable or welfare program.

Their pal, Burger, should be in prison for theft of government property or even treason for stealing papers from the Archives on the Clinton’s behalf. I believe the Clintons ordered him to steal them to protect Clinton wrongdoings or embarassing press, cot that they are capable of embarassment.

When Lee Greenwood reads about them, he must regret writing his song “Proud to be an American”.

Instead of criticizing President Bush and others, especially in the case of the Libby comutation, the Clintons should be hiding under a rock somewhere. They are an embarassment to humankind.

Yes, President Bush made a grave error in commuting Mr. Libby’s jail time. He should have out and out pardoned him. He couldn’t possibly have taken more heat than he has.

  • Padraig

Being from the very liberal state of New Jersey, I speak to people everyday that still defend BJ Hillary Clinton.

Everybody remembers the pardon of Marc Rich, what about the pardon of the FALN terrorists just so Hillary could get some votes in NY.

This reminds me of the comments a few posts ago regarding the Kennedys. It seems that a lot of democrats ignore the flaws of their leaders.

    Ladies & Gentlemen of “The comments”;
Let us save some blood-pressure pills. The Clintons, (as in both of them), are amoral people. Totally and completely. Amoral people are a mystery to those of us with a conscience. They can feel no guilt about anything. They do what works and will continue doing it while it continues to work.
Are they made or born? (I’m thinking of their Kid) Is she? Will she be? Is she in constant torment?
Years ago, back in ‘92 I think, when Bill Clinton surfaced as “The Come-back Kid”, I first noticed him. It was like he was sort of transparent and I could see the evil thing just beneath his skin, writhing and twisting like that Alien inside it’s egg just before it flew out to stick on a face.
For eight years I couldn’t bear to watch either of them on TV. I just hoped The Republic would survive inspite of them. They went about hireing incompetants. Remember: J. Reno, M. Albright, (Little miss half-bright), and, Oh, I refuse to remember the rest along with their apologists in the media who are still with us damn their souls.
What-the-hell, life is short and thank God it’s terminal.
    Where’s my Micardis!

  • P-3W

I tried to stay out of this thread, but it’s hard to resist.

I also can’t stand either Clinton — they both will say whatever they think you want to hear.

And I still say that Bill is a pedophile, as well as a predator. He was able to find someone just legal enough to escape the pedophile charges, but he can’t escape the predator one. I wouldn’t let a female I cared about within a hundred miles of him.

Feh on them both. A pox, too.

  • Casca

Christopher Hitchens got it right when he wrote No One Left To Lie To, “The Clinton Administration runs at a level both above the law, and beneath contempt.”
