Looks like the Tomcat is turning into the fire.

Looks like it’s clawing it’s way into the fight to me.

Oh and that cat is still on it’s feet. Without big heavy engines to hold it down.

Word was they were going to use a mothballed Hornet, but the brakes were mysteriously locked up and they couldn’t drag it to the target area. That and they wanted something that could actually take some damage without getting blown out of the target area.

Go figure.

Seems like a proper burial to me. Better than the butter knife wrecking crane thing. Blaze of Glory, and all.

Hmmmm,

Looks like that Tomcat has a serious fule management issue…..

Either that or he’s practicing extremely close-in fuel-air explosives delivery.
