The Denver Post published some quotes from notable personages at the bottom of this article: http://www.denverpost.com/breakingnews/ci_6455486. I think State Representative Cory Gardner really nailed it though.

Hopefully Ward Churchill's next stop is a Bahamian junior college where you get your diploma in six weeks. His academic fraud is a pock on the state.

Guy – looks like you are right. Just found an update on Ward Churchill. His lawyer has already announced he will file a lawsuit in Denver today:

“”We’re out of kangaroo court and going into real court,” he (David Lane) said.”

The allegations – Churchill’s First Amendment rights have been violated.
