I stated in my previous post that I started in 13-76 with Gunny Hill. I'm pretty sure it was really 14-76. I got bumped back a class for not being able to do the sidestroke properly in the swim test. And I know I graduated with 15-76. Guess I better look closer at that picture... Badbob,

I got bumped back a class for not being able to do the sidestroke properly in the swim test. And I know I graduated with 15-76.

I am pretty sure that is Gunny Hill in it although it's a scanned copy no doubt. So small an AOCS class it looks like an AVROC class. The guy on this site (circa 2006) is in that 14-76 pic . He's has had an interesting life. Plenty of different venues fer sure. I am sure he sold all them restaurants at a profit (being Gunny Hill trained and all). He was subs as enlisted, was going subs as an O, when the A-7s came on line. Like Jimmy-J above, they lined up all the candidates for the aviation exams, and Bugs' whole life changed for the better. b2, speaking as pencil-necked geek, I resemble your remarks. My entire class was NUC-POC or women, not a one of them was going to be allowed to DOR or fail (what the women got away with was obscene--the men got thrown out for it, the women got commissioned--kinda colored my whole outlook ever since).
