Targets of Opportunityblog advertising is good for you Credo"Sign on, young man, and sail with me. The stature of our homeland is no more than the measure of ourselves. Our job is to keep her free. Our will is to keep the torch of freedom burning for all. To this solemn purpose we call on the young, the brave, the strong, and the free. Heed my call, Come to the sea. Come Sail with me." -- John Paul Jones "Pardon him, Theodotus; he is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature" --George Bernard Shaw, "Caesar and Cleopatra" "And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music."--Friedrich Nietzsche "A kind Providence has placed in our breasts a hatred of the unjust and cruel, in order that we may preserve ourselves from cruelty and injustice. They who bear cruelty, are accomplices in it. The pretended gentleness which excludes that charitable rancour, produces an indifference which is half an approbation. They never will love where they ought to love, who do not hate where they ought to hate."--Edmund Burke “You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours.”--General Sir Charles Napier "Μολὼν λαβέ" -- Leonidas "Blogito Ergo Sum" -- Neptunus Lex Amazon AssociateFor the Effort!Winnar!![]() Subscribe![]() CategoriesPagesTagsacademy

Rrrrrrrrrrrr! Find the warmest corner in h3ll and stand in line.
BZs to Spain!
Outstanding! Shiny side UP didn’t happen for that dumb crook.
I give him a 7 for style points,
9 for degree of difficulty,
but, only a 2 overall, as he didn’t stick the landing.
I hope the bike is gonna be ok.
Awesome.
!Viva Espana!
Now let’s see what ideas they have for dealing with terrorists and insurgents. . .I’m definitely listening.
Man, that’ll leave a mark.

Tend to see that more over here in Euroland. They seem to be content with letting a more radical element “exist” here in Deutschland too, but as soon as the evidence is in and they cross the line, the Polizei come down like a (metric) ton o’ bricks. Most swift and, without a doubt, in possession of the preponderance of force.
Now if they’d only show that kind of fortitude with the “youths” who keep rioting.
I’d bet $50 that he’s a native Spaniard, not an “immigrant”.
HDude,
Used to have to include in the weekend safety briefing to the troops reminding them of the “Politzei clause” : if you get picked up by the politzei the only right responses are: yes sir or no sir. Anything else and the troop would be standing in formation Monday morning looking like the guy launched off the bike. After the chain of command picked him up from the MPs D-Cell. And that was back in ’79. Course they were dealing with the Baader-Meinhof gang just around then.
God’s holy trousers!
Lex,
That is what I call a subtle hint, but did he get the message?
Grumpy
Prior to the attempted coup against Juan Carlos in the early 80s, the Spanish National Police had a well deserved rep for not messing around. There were three unofficial rules at NAF Rota:
1. Stay off the golf course after dark.
2. Stay off the beach after dark.
3. Stay off the grounds of the Spanish Admiral’s house.
Otherwise, it was BANG! Stop, or we’ll shoot.
PWNED! Totally PWNED!
If my local police tries something like that a hundred lawyers yelling about “Human Rights” would materialize instantly, and the SOB would be taken to a very expensive private clinic and tendered by big-boobed nurses, while the police officers would be handed from a tree, or something.
Viva España!
Wow… just wow.
Two complete revolutions, huh? Methinks he wasn’t trying hard enough.
