		<description>The conversations between son and father demonstrate clearly the gulf between the thinking realist and the head-in-the-sand idealist. . . and the father&#039;s simpleminded    attitude of being &quot;in favor of peace,&quot; reported to result from observing simmering, never-ending wars in Sierra Leone, supports the argument that when war must be waged it should be done full-force with the goal being a clear and final win.  No half measures.  No kinder / gentler.  

I&#039;d like to meet the son.  Quite a guy - and that nasty wound didn&#039;t change his views, so I&#039;d say they are for real.</description>
