Holy schnikes!! LiveLeak receives death threats over a video that does little more than quote the Koran and show images of admitted Muslim violence.

Ne'er you fear: YouTube has it (although you do have to log in to see it):

The movie has been removed for the safety of the LiveLeak staff. To my disappointment I wasn't able to view it.

Hey, can anyone get a copy of that film over to the high side? Underway, very limited NIPR bandwidth, if I can get is as an MPEG on a higher net, I'd REALLY REALLY appreciate it. Lex has my high-side, if you've got it there and can send it to me, please contact Lex for the info (and Lex, thanks for jumping under that bus for me, we appreciates it).

Wow! That is a pretty "powerful" movie to say the least. Sometimes, I feel that as Americans we take so much for granted. When you see with your own eyes what goes on in the world around us it induces fear deep within me. Fear in regards to respect for the many men and women who have given their lives to protect me and our citizens from that type of persecution. Those Jihadist are a scary & sick bunch. It also made me think of a clip that I saw on the news the other day of the people in Tibet. Now, mind you I really have no idea about all of the details involved with Tibet but what struck my heart was watching people who were standing for what they believe (what ever that may be. I need to read more news LOL!) and being dragged bye their hair and beaten for it. That is so sad. It shames me that so many Americans take for granted the blood shed so that we may have the freedoms and the protection that we do have. It shames me that so many take for granted that gift so freely given to us through the lives of those who gave all. Thanks for sharing that Lex. I guess it just struck me in a different but deep way.

Something about ummm, the Renissance? The "enlightenment"?

It's one thing to disagree with another person, but when that person is overtly threatening my life, and all that I hold dear, his right to free speech is trumped by my right to defend myself, and my obligation to defend my culture and way of life. So I guess I only have one thing to say:

"ON THE WAY!!!"
