Yes, we have no bananas

Trouvant une vierge en France? Ca n’est pas facile ces jours:

France’s ruling UMP party has opposed a French court’s decision to annul a marriage between two Muslims because the wife lied about being a virgin.

The Lille court’s decision has also angered feminists who say it amounts to a fatwa against women’s liberty.

The court granted the man’s request for an annulment after ruling that he had been tricked into a marriage.

His partner’s virginity was a determining factor in his decision to wed her, it ruled.

He was probably worried about measuring up.

Funny enough, until you see how far Shiria has already crept in. France is doomed. We will see it go Islamic in our lifetimes.

The old joke, Lena walks up to Sven and smacks him on the back of the head. “That’s for thirty years of bad sex,” she yells at him. Sven looks chagrined, then turns and smacks Lena on the back of the head, “And dat’s for knowin’ the difference!”

Now, it’s easy to mock, especially when one finds oneself oddly on the side of French feminists, but even a recently as a hundred years ago such a fraud could cause scandal and bloodshed in much of Europe. I think this is proof of how Muslims are successfully integrating into Western society–he took it to court! He could have just had her knocked off, like a thousand or more of her Muslimah sisters every year in Europe (“How unfortunate that she just fell off that balcony when her four brothers were all just standing there, completely unaware.”)

No, the nasty part is this. Why would a college-educated (do French nurses require a BSN or equivalent?) woman of independent means who had obviously made her own decisions for herself for at least part of her adult life, turn around and accept an arranged marriage to an obvious religious bigot? The sinews of tribalism are very, very strong.

  • He may be a Star Trek fan and only wants to go where no man has gone before.
