One other detail that I picked up recently.

Whenever a Pod er a gaggle or is that flock oh hell, When more than three BO supporters get together they start chanting – “Oh – Bom – A” . Which of course makes me want to change the channel or run from the room. During McCains introduction of his new running mate the crowd of well-wishers and McCain supports broke out in a rousing chant of – “U – S – A, U – S – A”.

Just a detail but it does say a lot about the people in our country and their priorities.

I saw the Michael Moore video. Man, all that hate and discontent has really left him looking bad… not to mention sounding stupid.

Flatlander,

I recognized it immediately. I started reading Greek mythology in the 3rd grade and enjoyed it enough to keep reading. The 2 classicists that I know (sister, sister-in-law) are the real deal and unlike me, can read classics the old fashioned way; in Greek and Latin. They both swooned over Obama. It was too pitiful to watch so I climbed out of the hot tub and fled Del Mar until they went home.

Great video~! Obama, 100% man-made. Oh and the Iowahawk was extremely funny; unfortunately, the only two classicists that I know are both hardcore liberals which, you know, means no sense of humor at all.
