Visualizing Speech

Beldar Richard Fernandez uses the word cloud generator to determine which words most often came up in the speeches of Sarah Palin and John McCain at the RNC. Palin’s standouts are “country”, “America,” “people” and “McCain.”

McCain’s speech was heavy with “country”, “Americans”, “work” and “fight.”

Interestingly, Barack Obama’s speech ran long on “America”, “promise”, and “McCain.”

Probably just like Palin, all about what a good guy the Arizona senator is. In a hopeful, changy way.
