JTG, I have one cat and two dogs. Like both species equally. Claudio, I’ve rarely ever had to clean up behind a cat, they’re just naturally clean. That is, unless you really tick them off.

Cats and dogs…don’t have anything against cats, they taste just like chicken…

Dog looks at his/her owner and figures, they clean my poop, feed me, play with me, take care of me overall, they must be God.

Cat looks at its owner, figures they clean my poop, feed me, play with me when I feel like it, Hell, I MUST BE GOD>>>>

Oh, Mike47, I’m with you. I cannot understand people who own dogs but not shotguns, nor farms. I think they just want somebody to dominate.

Now my kitteh is not a child substitute, more of a buddy. He does his stuff, I do my stuff, we hang out together, I feed him, he kills rats for us. We like each others’ company, don’t get me wrong, there’s mutual nose-rubbin’ and headbumping on occasion, just none of that sloppy unseemly doggish “togetherness.” [shudder]
