Read a few moments ago that Indian sharpshooters dealt with several bad actors.

Sounds like the ROE is well suited to not required having a hot washup after the operation between both sides.

Marianne, I’m more struck by another comment someone posted about the “religion of perpetual outrage”. They said that instead of the “religion of peace” it should be the “religion of pieces”.

Well, I think we know who’s behind this round. Never mind the current bunch of Hindu nutjobs who are equally murderous towards Christians in northern India, this bunch is probably from the junior religion. But all their backing comes from “Pure Land,” aka Pakistan, and the Indians know it, too. Won’t go on forever like this, you know.

Was anyone surprised? Did anyone have to wonder what religion motivated them? We have reached the weary point where even our outrage is blunted by the common acceptance that this is how the world operates. They kill people. We light candles and build memorials.

G. W. Bush still holds the office of the President of the United States. He should act. Perhaps he will. I can hope.
