Senator Reid has it.

Kind of puts that whole “worst president ever” thing in context.

    Cap’n,

Harry Reid is up for re-election in 2010. He has to start his campaign sometime so why not now? It’s not like the MSM or the Nevadan public will remember his proclamations against GEN Petraeus from 2007 anyway.

  • A nice clip to become pat of the video tribute to the good Senator. Make a great training video on how to talk ot of both sides of your mouth or something….

But then did you really expect any of that crowd to admit that maybe, just maybe they might have been just the wee bit , you know, wrong on some of this…

Naw – since nobody seems to really be paying attention they just keep on trucking. Hey it worked for Bubba, and Gore, and so on….

I actually watched the interview live thinking at that moment that it only reinforced a realization brought home to me while watching William Jefferson C. a few years ago–namely that the secret of success of guys like him is that they have utterly NO SHAME. Period. Full Stop.

Harry Reid drools in his oatmeal and needs to go off and take a nap–after he’s had his meds. I never thought that I’d wish for Tom Daschle back.

And where you’ve had Speakers like Sam Rayburn, or Joe Cannon, and Senate Majority leaders like Lyndon Johnson, looking at La Pelosi and Dingy Harry Reid makes one realize just how far we’ve fallen.

An utterly despicable man. A shameless opportunist. A stranger to the truth. A pathological liar. And, if reports are to be believed, most likely a conniving crook involved in shady land deals, facilitated by nepotistic favors.

And, unfortunately, in a powerful position where he can do (and is now doing) irrevocable harm to our nation, the full effects of which shall not be realized for some years to come.

I look forward to contributing to someone who is willing to take on this lying sack of fecal matter in the next election cycle.

    John,

There are numerous multi-sourced reports in the state media about Reid’s land speculations in Nevada, where he would purchase far-out-of-the-way acreage, only to suddenly discover that a new highway was going to be built right through it, or some government facility was going to be built there, or near there, and tidy profits were to be made by those with the “luck” to have been property owners.

Somebody throw a shoe or twenty at Bagdad Harry.

One word applies to Dingy Harry – vile. If you want to add despicable, I won’t argue. Redundant, however.

  • Well, to his credit, at least he is honest about one thing.

Asked by David Gregory if he had any regrets about his persistent criticism of Bush, Reid responded, “I am who I am.”

Kind of says it all, no?

Just to acknowledge his existance is to do him a service.

Think if you look in the dictionary next to the word “Putz” is a picture of Harry Reid.

  • I’m more proud to say that I live in a state where the freedom for someone to run a legal brothel has been preserved than I am to say that Harry Reid is one of my Senators no matter what his position in the Senate is.

    John/

As the old saying goes: “Now tell us what you REALLY think!”

  • SJBill

What John said! My only problem was that until I read the body of the post, I had no idea of whome he was speaking!

Cudda been speaking of the ME-ssiah hisself, or Al Gore, Bill Clinton, or any number of political figures.

Sen. Reid (D) NV strikes me as the used Yugo salesman type. Kinda slimy.

  • geo6

Keep throwing more shoes and hopefully Harry will get tired of ducking.
    John- nice rant, BTW!

    SonarSenior

How dare you insult Yugo salesman by comparing them to Reid. They’re not THAT low.

  • Is anyone here surprised by this? Reid is a classic politician – saying whatever he has to say to get himself re-elected. It’s not that he has to start campaigning for 2010, he’s campaigning all the time. Speaking with whatever words will work in that moment.

The fact that those words are lies is immaterial to people like him.

There is a conciderable difference between Harry Reid and a catfish.

One is a scum sucking bottom feeder, and the other is a fish.
