Targets of Opportunityblog advertising is good for you Credo"Sign on, young man, and sail with me. The stature of our homeland is no more than the measure of ourselves. Our job is to keep her free. Our will is to keep the torch of freedom burning for all. To this solemn purpose we call on the young, the brave, the strong, and the free. Heed my call, Come to the sea. Come Sail with me." -- John Paul Jones "Pardon him, Theodotus; he is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature" --George Bernard Shaw, "Caesar and Cleopatra" "And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music."--Friedrich Nietzsche "A kind Providence has placed in our breasts a hatred of the unjust and cruel, in order that we may preserve ourselves from cruelty and injustice. They who bear cruelty, are accomplices in it. The pretended gentleness which excludes that charitable rancour, produces an indifference which is half an approbation. They never will love where they ought to love, who do not hate where they ought to hate."--Edmund Burke “You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours.”--General Sir Charles Napier "Μολὼν λαβέ" -- Leonidas "Blogito Ergo Sum" -- Neptunus Lex Amazon AssociateFor the Effort!Winnar!![]() Subscribe![]() CategoriesPagesTagsacademy

Rich! Probably is too good to be true. But, yeah, quite funny.
I would have shot him. Yup.
I agree, I’d shot him. The question becomes, Where? Hints, I’m a centrist, with at least one small bore calibre Beretta. I would have been up front and very personal, not one shot above his waist.
If it’s not true: it’s certainly funny fiction.
If it is true: this guy is awesome.
Mebbe I’m jaded but I can see this being spun into fuel for an anti-gun fire. Concealed carry laws clearly led to credit card fraud and lewd acts, don’t cha know.
I usually have something with in reach but I seldom carry. I’d probably end up getting cut up. If a guy wants to do you harm with a sharp implement and he is within 21 feet of you and is convinced he wants to do you bodily harm you physically cannot draw it fast enough. If you have it drawn it is no contest. Or so some of my police friends tell me.
I usually have something with in reach but I seldom carry anymore. I’d probably end up getting cut up. If a guy wants to do you harm with a sharp implement and he is within 21 feet of you and is convinced he wants to do you bodily harm you physically cannot draw it fast enough. If you have it drawn it is no contest. Or so some of my police friends tell me.
Like they say, run from the knife, rush the gun. (assuming y’all are standing close to each other)
Grumpy … I’ll tell you where I would have shot him. And it’s not above the waist.
You have to get their attention first, as the farmer said when he hit the mule over the head with a 2 X 4.
I’m not a forgiving woman about some things.
