The UK law lords, at least, still have some:
The Law Lords have ruled that radical cleric Abu Qatada can be deported from the UK to Jordan where he faces jail for terrorism.
Qatada, 48, who is one of Europe’s most influential extremists, had alleged that his conviction in Jordan was based on evidence extracted by torture.
The home secretary said she was “delighted” at the decision, calling Qatada “a truly dangerous individual”…
Off you go.

Sweet! Just when I’d started to loose faith in the UK (Wilders sp?).
The amnesty international quote was interesting, seem to be more concerned about protecting hoodlums, then the innocents they kill or maim.
Yes, but what does Brussels say? That’s the only unelected vote that matters in the EU anymore.
Pish, posh, the UK “has signed a string of diplomatic agreements with Middle Eastern and African countries designed to guarantee fair treatment”. I’m sure the nutter will receive a perfectly fair trial.
This restores my faith in humanity. Seriously.
