I received a one sentence e-mail today that aptly covers this and a lot of other subjects we’ve been discussing lately: “ALL Members of Congress should be compelled to wear uniforms like NASCAR drivers, so we can identify their corporate sponsors”. I totally agree.

Kris,I have a desturbing number of relatives/friends who have had hip replacement surgery…not an easy procedure to contemplate or endure … but the wheel chair bound drug fueled alternative is clearly not an option…my prayers/thoughts will be with you…suggest thinking 2/3 months down the road … pain free recovery well along…fun and games … soon to follow. Best

Oh, and yes – I do have something to say on the topic at hand, but it’ll have to wait til I get back from the doctor’s. Too much to say, not enough time to say it and all that…

Babs, you would be willing to have your dogs attack a person, but you wouldn’t personally protect yourself with a gun? At leasst go with a commercial grade Bear Spray.
