Hillary Clinton, 2005:

Hillary Clinton, marking the fifth anniversary of the start of the Iraq war, yesterday assailed both her presidential rivals, saying that Republican nominee-in-waiting John McCain would gladly take the baton from President Bush on a failed policy and that Democrat Barack Obama did not follow up his antiwar words with action.

“They both want to keep us tied to another country’s civil war, a war we cannot win,” she said of Bush and McCain.

Hillary Clinton, 2009:

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said the US “will stand with the people of Iraq” during a difficult transition period in the conflict-torn country.

She was speaking during her first visit to Iraq as America’s top diplomat…

Mrs Clinton said the recent upsurge in violence was a tragic signal that Iraq was in fact on the right path.

What a difference being responsible makes.

Responsible for what, Cap’n? Hillary is SECSTATE in name only, the shadow Hussein al-Chicago installed at State gives him a direct conduit to her thinking. Hillary can’t do anything w/out first getting the Caliph’s assent.

Besides, she’s never admitted to being responsible for anything before, why start now?

Still interesting though, how terrorist attacks in Iraq were seen as a sign we were loosing there before the elections, but now that the elections are won by her backers those same attacks are seen as signs we are winning.

I will never forgive, or forget. She is a soulless and evil woman, and I hope she chokes on her words.

      I don’t know about “Hills”,
but there’s hope for the Obamasiah; the archaeologist he met the other day in Mexico City just died of Swine Flu….True, with Biden we’d still have the stupidity, but at least no Pied-Piper charisma appeal.
