Small quibble: Bat Ye’or did not invent the term “Eurabia.” It was, in fact, the name of the official magazine of the Euro-Arab Dialogue, the committee of functionaries who starting in the early 1970s began giving away Europe, piece by piece, in hopes of creating a Euro-Arab counterweight to the United States. What astounded Fallaci was that she never saw any of these actions, despite that they were all committed completely in the open. There was no secret dialogue, no star committees–the record was public and completely available, and at the end of her days Fallaci realized that she had missed the greatest story of her life–the selling of Europe.
To quote the opening sentence of Eurabia,

I will repeat again what I’ve said previously on this subject . In all dead seriousness Europeans should contemplate what is going to happen to the great treasures of Western Civilization in it’s Museums and Art Galleries once the Muslim Talibanic fanatics gain control as the unalterable tide of demographics dictates will inevitably happen. Because if something is not done to insure the protection and survival of these treasures, they will go the way of the Buddhist rock carvings in Afghanistan.
VX, that’s actually one of Hugh Fitzgerald’s sub-themes at jihadwatch, that we should start buying and moving as many of those treasures as possible to America immediately. GoV does a good job of regularly documenting the violence that’s already done, especially to anything Jewish-related in Europe.
