    “Ruth Madoff’s Pain”, Combat Wombat, I have this sense of dripping sarcasm. Don’t you just love it when people say they can’t understand how anybody can survive on less than 50 million dollars a year? She benefited from her husband’s behavior, she should get the same sentence. I hope during his orientation, they would teach them both about the meaning of the phrase,”assume the position” or bend over and grab your ankles. I’ll let your warped imagination finish the comment.

    The beautiful part of it is, I understand, that the way the prosecution went he gets away with not having to tell nobody nothing; his kids are free and clear, and the harpy gets 2.5 M to keep! From the stories on NPR, she should be sleeping in a box in an alley somewhere, and collecting dog squeezefor a living for what they did to people!

      Hee, hee, what a great site. Kind of like The Onion. I liked the other “articles” too…”US prepared to confront North Korea with strongest possible adjectives…Obama says we’re ‘prepared to consult the thesaurus’

    The silver lining in all this is that a bunch of lefty foundations that pour money into far left causes also had money parked with Madoff and now that those accounts are pretty much Tango Uniform, a lot less funding will be avail. for many far left causes to play around with.

      Some of those far leftist causes said they might have to close up shop. It is to weep – not! The left needs far less funding. I have no trouble with them marching in Berserkley and yelling at each other. Just leave the sane alone.

    Who decided she should get 2.5 mil? How about $10,000 to rent an apartment and buy some groceries. Then go get a job at Bloomingdale’s cosmetics counter.
    I’d give her a buck and cut her loose…

    You know – it is satire and I get that. But I can also hear her actually saying something close to it, especially the part about the houses.

    These kinds of people just don’t see their role in the downfall of so many others.
