I suspect that people are always getting more conservative because they are always getting older. And the RINOs make the mistake of moving with the culture portrayed in the main stream media and wonder why identification with the Republican party is dwindling. I used to be a middle-of-the-road Democrat. During the Clinton era I registered Republican. I am now Unaffiliated. My view is that both parties left me in their slump to the left, victimhood mentality, nanny-statism, unfunded mandate control of state/local policies and destruction of the family and of the sense of individual responsibility. And what has been done to the educational system is beyond criminal. There will be a reaction...if we are not all bought off with our children's futures. If inflation due to billions of debt becoming trillions of debt materializes, the wake-up call will be heard. Beware California Dreaming.
