The stature of our homeland is no more than the measure of ourselves. Our job is to keep her free. Our will is to keep the torch of freedom burning for all. To this solemn purpose we call on the young, the brave, the strong, and the free. Heed my call, Come to the sea. Come Sail with me." -- John Paul Jones "Pardon him, Theodotus; he is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature" --George Bernard Shaw, "Caesar and Cleopatra" "And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music."--Friedrich Nietzsche "A kind Providence has placed in our breasts a hatred of the unjust and cruel, in order that we may preserve ourselves from cruelty and injustice. They who bear cruelty, are accomplices in it. The pretended gentleness which excludes that charitable rancour, produces an indifference which is half an approbation. They never will love where they ought to love, who do not hate where they ought to hate."--Edmund Burke "Μολὼν λαβέ" -- Leonidas "Blogito Ergo Sum" -- Neptunus Lex Relocating?Military members find information on homes for military by visiting Military Homes.com For the Effort!Subscribe![]() Tagsafghanistan AGW Araby army Blogging buffoonery china culture economy Flying Friday Musings geopol GWOT Headlines health care History iran iraq issues Media Memory Lane Military Navy norks Oz pakistan piracy politicians politics Politics and Culture pundits Russia science seals sea stories silliness Small Stuff SoCal sport technology UAVs UK usaf usmc weapons WP Cumulus Flash tag cloud by Roy Tanck and Luke Morton requires Flash Player 9 or better. |

Do you furnish barf bags with the videos?
Wow, sign me up!
Wow. Pretty incredible how they do those snap rolls like that. Kick a$$ song, too!
Looks like heck of a workout. Would be cool to see a multi cam perspective. From Ground, hands, face and axis of the plane.
Looked like he had two hands on the stick. Wrong?
Wow! I need to update my Medical, BFR, and head to the weight room!
CAVU here in Jax today, watching the fast-movers leave NAS and I’m thinking how much I miss it.
Now this…
Curse you, Lex Baron!
All them G’s…………and no G-suit. Those boys got big ones. And doing inside loops with the tongue hanging out, just too cool for words. Be that way in a high priced super duper jet from St. Louis, why dontcha?
That was good stuff.
Been on the golf course in Sebring when these guys are in the air practicing this, and let me tell you it’s damn hard trying to hit the ball when your head is gazing skyward for most of the day.
Ken, was on the golf course today when a pair of F-15s did a low altitude, high speed fly by for the VMI game today. I couldn’t help but marvel that I used to get paid for doing that. Come to think of it, I still do – I just don’t fly.
yeah….. the sub force has moto vids like that too. Nothing like doing all ahead flank, throwing the rudder over and turning around in 45 seconds. Take THAT G-force!
I know…. jealousy is a terrible thing….
Yeah, well, just don’t do that under my sailboat. Will ya? That’d be one hell of a toilet bowl the knuckle plays on the hull…
Hubba hubba, Bubba. Loading it up like that with no suit, that does some cojones. I have a vid of a Red Bull guy peaking at 9.2, and thinking that would clear my sinuses in about a half second. Woof!
Reminds me of my acrobatics checkride. LCDR Demonbruen where are you?
