Interesting note on “Enjoy the raisins” comes from a blog post by Frank J. http://www.imao.us/archives/001332.html and this in turn comes from a rather scholarly look at the text itself which renders the eternal reward as “white raisins of crystal clarity”. Wonder if enough of the bus is left to qualify for a cash for clunkers rebate should the Administration want to implement this hugely successful program in Afghanistan in order to provide a “teachable moment” about democracy in action?
