Targets of Opportunityblog advertising is good for you Credo"Sign on, young man, and sail with me. The stature of our homeland is no more than the measure of ourselves. Our job is to keep her free. Our will is to keep the torch of freedom burning for all. To this solemn purpose we call on the young, the brave, the strong, and the free. Heed my call, Come to the sea. Come Sail with me." -- John Paul Jones "Pardon him, Theodotus; he is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature" --George Bernard Shaw, "Caesar and Cleopatra" "And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music."--Friedrich Nietzsche "A kind Providence has placed in our breasts a hatred of the unjust and cruel, in order that we may preserve ourselves from cruelty and injustice. They who bear cruelty, are accomplices in it. The pretended gentleness which excludes that charitable rancour, produces an indifference which is half an approbation. They never will love where they ought to love, who do not hate where they ought to hate."--Edmund Burke “You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours.”--General Sir Charles Napier "Μολὼν λαβέ" -- Leonidas "Blogito Ergo Sum" -- Neptunus Lex Amazon AssociateFor the Effort!Winnar!![]() Subscribe![]() CategoriesPagesTagsacademy

Heaven forfend you accuse the Dimocrats of hypocrisy.
The dhimmicrats count on short term memory and apathy. And when caught, deny, deflect, moral equivalence, express faux outrage, anything but ever admit being caught in a lie.
They also count on making apples and oranges the same for their purposes….and sloganeering…don’t forget crafty sloganeering. Makes it easy for the people who don’t want to think, just chant melodious stupid sayings at demonstrations.
OT, but cool: The Stan through an iPhone
X;
Thanks
You can sue in civil court for slander, but it and idiocy are not statutorily criminal behavior. Too bad…
The damage done throughout the country by self absorbed
idiotsindividuals/organizations like Krugman and MSNBC is costly, but, on the other hand, it’s the viewers I blame most for not unscrewing their brain cells enough to search for and understand the truth.Xformed: Good find!
WARNING – OFF TOPIC
A site I had forgotten I had bookmarked. Just some light reading:
http://teachingamericanhistory.org/library/
We, on the most part here, are old.
We were raised in the fifties, were welcomed by our parents to serve our country, after that, we went out into the world to make our fortune.
Most of us did just that. We mentored and taught and apprentice the kids behind us up. Showed them how to to do it right and make money.
The kids we taught, dropped the ball. Did we do it wrong? Or did I miss a step?
Kettle calling the pot black?
Skip – Could be the poison was injected into the view of the government circa about 1968-1973? And not all of us in the gen behind you missed the hand off, but I think some were/are looking for a handout.
If the pols (and the critics) put as much energy into work for the people focus instead of the next election, they might fare better. Just my humble opinion…
…on the other hand, it’s the viewers I blame most for not unscrewing their brain cells enough to search for and understand the truth.
Which leads to such aberrations as the following:
http://www.breitbart.tv/congressman-worries-more-marines-might-cause-guam-to-tip-over-and-capsize/
Yeah.
You read the link correctly.
A Democrat is against basing additional Marines on Guam because they’ll tip Guam over.
No, it’s not an April Fool joke — would to God it were…
What? Democrats with no moral foundation casting aspersions, only for political gain? What’s this world coming to? Next thing you will see is a Dem sticking his finger in the air to see which way the wind is blowing to decide his position on an issue! (http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/31/science/earth/31energy.html)
These days, when a Dem is sticking his finger in the air, he’s saluting us with it.
