An Afghan woman detonated a suicide vest concealed beneath her burka, killing two U.S. soldiers and injuring scores of Afghan civilians in what government officials say is Afghanistan’s first female suicide attack, officials said Tuesday.
The bomb ripped through a checkpoint manned by Afghan and U.S. forces in the province of Kunar, on Afghanistan’s eastern border with Pakistan, at about five o’clock Monday evening. The blast wounded 17 civilians and three policemen in addition to killing the two American soldiers, according Afghanistan’s Interior Ministry.
The Taliban claimed responsibility, and said they supplied the woman with training and explosives used in the attack.
Training, but not schooling. Because that would be haram.

The customs that restrict us from searching females (unless we have females seaching them) makes it harder as having female soldiers in harm’s way is still a difficult issue for the American people.
The AF/PAK border is now the most dangerous place to be as PAK is becoming premier launch pad for these bast-rds and thier jihad.

I’m really wondering about the place, frankly. As SK1 already knows I was updating my resume to send to the Corps as they are looking for Civil Engineers and Project Managers over there. After the McChrystal thing I’m waiting to send it in. I’ll see what happens with the confirmation hearings in the Senate for Petraeus first, then make a decision. Alarm bells are going off for me, and every time I’ve ignored them I’ve gotten burned.
