It's a control thing for me. I drove truck over the road for seven years and trained newbees for 2 of that seven. Part of the reason I didn't stay a trainer was that I couldn't ever get any sleep. I just didn't trust the new guys (or anyone else for that matter) to keep me alive. Heck, I made great money training... over 60k/year. But, as they say, the money's no good to you if'n your dead.
