Very sweet, Kris. Thanks.
But I was just wondering one thing …. you weren’t trying to call us Canucks a bunch of turkeys, were ya? ;-)

What’s with Canada?

They celebrate Thanksgiving before us and then they celebrate Canada Day with all the hoopla as our Fourth of July, but a few days earlier.

Aren’t they happy with their own holidays, that they have to steal ours?

\snarking off

Sorry — couldn’t resist… Enjoy the holiday and eat too much!

Done. I can honestly say Done. On all counts!
As to the rest of it… a touch of jealousy perhaps since we seem to have beat you at your own game? The world is very competitive, it is. LOL

Just wait, Michelle, and we’ll be moving the 4th of July up to the 28th of June just to beat you! And Thanksgiving — we’ll just move it to … uh … to SEPTEMBER … yeah, that’ll show you!

Hey, it’ll be just like our primary season this election — everyone trying to be firstest.

Glad you ate too much — I don’t have a holiday to blame it on, but I’m glad you joined me in overindulging. ICSFTH.

If they waited until late November, they’d be snowed in!

Happy Hibernation :-)
