Draught-Dead Delicious??

I came across the strangest thing** in our local [read very very local] newspaper yesterday. For some strange reason, it immediately made me  think of Lex.

And seeing as posting on TFD has been a bit sparse lately …. well, enjoy, if you have a mind to it.  It looks to me like a nice lunch could be made out of it. And they only forgot but one thing but I am sure anyone who is interested can easily fix that. Just have yourself one or perhaps even a few on the side.

Who knows? I may just get adverturesome some Saturday afternoon and try it out on the brood.

**Scroll down to p. 43 of the link, but be forewarned that if you’re a fan of it, you might want to make sure you’ve satisfied any lingering cravings first.

It makes you stronger.

And, it’s quite possible (given the tooflessness of the brood) if might even help with dental health.

Couldn’t hurt!

Thank God for Guinness, your wise words and your good example, Lex!
What with the state of our health care system here, I gotta do something to help those kids find some new teeth.

Guinness is good, but I prefer Purple Drank.

My Mom used to make this. She called it Welsh Rarebit. I used to love it! The cheese, tangy beer, oh, now you’re talking!
But, I think we are not allowed to eat it anymore… Something about cholesterol and dropping dead from an arterial seize up at the dinner table.
Thanks for the reminder Michelle. I also found the article on curly hair a few pages back to be informative!

Well, you know what they say, JG fighter pilots don’t worry about dying of such things. I seriously think I will have to try a few of those recipes sometime. Worst case scenario, as a way to remember Lex by. Feeling kind of sad at the moment, you know, a missing, like something’s just not right with the world. I use the computer a lot as a way to decompress, and spend a big chunk of time in one particular spot.

Oh well, what’s a girl to do? Glad you found the hair article useful. I usually tend to just chuck that portion of the paper as its all real estate ads with just a few articles at the end. And then, suddenly, Guinness! Who woulda thunk it?! ;-)
