		<description>Back when Katrina hit, I was a regular reader of a blog of a National Guardsman from MS.  The Iraqis who worked with them did the same thing, and although not nearly as large a donation as this, it hit those MS guys right in the heart.  The salaries (when they were paid) for the Iraqis were atrociously low and it was a financial sacrifice for them.  Some of them do appreciate what has been done for them...</description>
