Team Navy-USCG Does Videos

After wrestling mightily with de-/encoders, Divxx, DVDx, etc., yesterday, I’ve posted a video up on YouTube and Google that includes a pitch for Valour-IT in the credits.

Or you can preview here.

Hint: if you know a good portion of your audience is going to be viewing from a DoD workstation, use the Google video as they’re not blocked — yet…

[Note: FbL the HTML Elf dropped by and cleaned things up... Nevermind, stupid thing wouldn't embed properly. Tried to reconstruct the post...]

There’s an old, old post Lex did on embedding videos.
I do it so rarely that every time I have to go back and find it and follow directions. Wouldn’t it be nice if the good Capt’n good move that up front somehow in a way that would make it stick around. Kind of like he did with the HTML tips on TOS…

Thanks – but I was deliberately not trying to embed the video and wanted to leave the urls displayed for easier cut/paste…

Oops! So sorry, SJS. I’m so used to cleaning up messes around here that I forgot you’re quite capable without any interference from me. Sorry. :(

No problem – now if you’re feelin’ a bit penitent, you could toss a couple of bills into the Team Navy-USCg fund to assuage the guilt ;)

Already did–put in two $5 contributions yesterday to test the buttons on some sites I was worried about. *grin* And I haven’t even put forward my official contribution to the USMC Team (which that $10 sadly came out of)!

Now that I think of it, YOU need to contribute $10 to the USMC Team to balance things out. *bigger grin*
