Kris in New England

Cottage Garden, MaineI’ve lived in New England my entire life; really can’t picture living anywhere else. Though I do love to travel to warmer climes, I’m not inclined to live in them full-time. I’ve been married for nearly 25 (gulp!) years to my college sweetheart.  We were never blessed with our own children, but we do live vicariously thru the children of our friends and family.

The hubby and I both work for the same company in corporate america. All things considered, it’s not bad. It affords us the luxuries that make life good.  We are both musicians – he on the accordion and saxophone, me on the piano.  I believe in two things:

  • One as old as time: live well. laugh often. love much.
  • One born from near tragedy: we’re not here for a long time, we’re here for a good time.

If I had my choice of careers, I’d be a professional nature photographer. I’ve started adding my work to my blog – it’s here.

Oh and the blog, well that’s here.  Must give props to my inspirations for the blog:
